RIGHTS
As the content creator, I have the right to refuse any commission without stating my reason. In the case of a dissatisfied commissioner, I reserve the right to deny requests for compensation; my time and efforts are not meritless and as such, any artwork must be paid for in full, unless I determine that the artwork I delivered to you failed to live up to my promises or usual quality. That being said, I will try my best to regularly send progress updates so that I guarantee greatest customer satisfaction. I will respect any privacy guidelines you set for commission if I can, including not posting it on my website or social media or using it in my personal portfolios. You cannot redistribute my artwork for monetary purposes; doing so can result in litigation for violating the terms of our contractual agreement. Claiming my artwork to be your own or posting it in any manner without crediting me can result in a permanent ban from purchasing my artwork and a public condemnation of your actions on my social media platforms and website.

PAYMENT
For all online commissions, PayPal will be used for the transaction. I will only start a commission after I have received payment to ensure my time and efforts are being paid and progress will be sent to assure the commissioner that the transaction is running appropriately. I will also send an invoice on PayPal to each commissioner to ensure that the transaction has been legitimately and safely made. All prices are in USD.
TIME
Deadlines are considered, but not all will be accepted. If there is a legitimate reason for requesting a deadline and there is a sensible amount of time given to complete the commission, I will consider the deadline. However, as my occupation as of now is not a professional artist, I will not place these deadlines as a priority. Depending on the complexity of commission, it may take anywhere from a week to 3 months.
REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
If any point a cancellation is to be made, please notify me within a week after payment and I will refund the money. If I realize that a commission cannot/will not be completed, I will notify the commissioner immediately and issue a refund to them.

There are multitude of factors that affect pricing, but here are some set prices as of right now. These set prices may rise with time and skill.

- sexual content (this includes nudity and overtly sexual themes)
- adding on to this, no illegal themes like underage relationships, rape, abuse, etc.

- furries
- complex backgrounds and environments

- logos and profile pictures
- pets
- fanart of shows, games, etc.
